Key Responsibilities:

 Identifying Target Customers, establishing the necessary professional relationship, following
up and creating a new customer portfolio
 To inform customers about the use, benefits, successes and opportunities of the Reengen
Energy IoT Platform by analyzing the customer's needs in the best way possible.
 To prepare reports and offers within the framework of sales activities, to make
presentations, to prepare public/private tenders participated as individual or
subcontractors.
 To contribute to the development of products that meet the market needs by prioritizing
the feedback received from the customers and forwarding them to the Reengen Product
Development team.
 To position the customers' perception of the Reengen brand at a high level, to accelerate the
adaptation to the products and services, to keep the service for user continuity at the
highest level and to manage the relationship effectively
 Consult with Senior Account Manager / Sales Manager/ Sales Director while giving offers and
negotiations.

Qualifications:

 Energy Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronical Engineering, Mechatronic
Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
 Minimum 3 years of technical / SaaS / PaaS sales experience
 Language: Turkish, English
 Computer Programs: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), CRM Tools (Like
Pipedrive…etc.)
 Management & Leadership Skills, Strategic Thinking (Functional)

 

Key Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with product design and engineering to develop an understanding of customer
needs.
 Research and devise innovative statistical or ai-based models for data analysis in the energy
domain.
 Work with data to serve customer needs, building and maintaining ML algorithms.
 Create best-practice reports based on data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
 Help streamline our data science workflows, adding value to our product and building out
our customer lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

 Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (not EE since it will be too technical focused)
 5+ B2B years (Prior experience in Saas/Fintech (such as papara, easyco)/ Software
companies)
 Turkish, English
 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Trello, WordPress (basics)
 Google Ads/SEO Dashboards, Google Analytics, Search Console,
Basic Photoshop, Canva, Bitable, Adobe, and other visual creative platforms when needed.
Accustomed to use CRM tools and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, and
Mailchimp.


Key Responsibilities:

 Attending periodic and non periodic project meetings, coordinating and organizing relevant
meetings.
 Attending partner development meetings and events.
 Finding and tracking new funding opportunites (national and international)
 Planning and executing project applications (organizing meetings, follow up the projects
with period reports…etc.)
 Preparation and submission of all administrative and technical project reports.
 R&D center related assignments auditing
 Assuring R&D marketing activities are practiced, plan and organize some crucial marketing
activities.

Qualifications:
 Engineering or Management Related Studies
 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Trello (prone to work with Kanban methodology),

 Have an analitycal mindset, presentation skills, business acumen, energy and IT domain
related know how

Main Aim of the Role:
 Directing Reengen R&D Center, periodic reporting for assessments, coordinating related
assignments for the company.
 Coordinating existing national and international special innovation / R&D related funded
projects.
 Coordinating internal technical improvement related issues with Product and Software
teams.
 Developing new projects and fundraising through R&D partnerships with public / private (
national and international) institutions such as universities, high-tech companies,
municipalities….
 Being the key person for Tubitak/Eurogia/ European Commission and related partners/
stakeholders.
